Broderies Caze-Ducamp invites customers to read all descriptions carefully including all dimensions and quantities. All descriptions are in English and in French. We propose macrame lace in custom size, but these lace curtains can't be made in the exact size. You have to accept a margin of error of approximately 1 to 1.5 inches. We must make macrame lace curtain with complete patterns, we can't cut a pattern in the middle for the coherence, symmetry and beauty of your curtains. A macrame lace pattern is always in the same size, we can't reduce or increase the size depending the curtain size.
Goods are available within the limit of stock.
The photographs used in this site are representative. Broderies Caze-Ducamp cannot be held responsible for any differences in the actual items purchased. However, Broderies Caze-Ducamp does make every effort to minimize any differences and suggests that the clients read all descriptions carefully.
The client accepts to complete the order form by giving all requested details. These details must be complete and correct. The act of selecting "enter your order" after having completed the order form constitutes the acceptance of these general terms and conditions. This acceptance is only limited by the conditions given in article 10 "the right to cancel". Broderies Caze-Ducamp cannot be held responsible for any errors in the completed order form and any resulting consequences arising thereof. For all deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all regulations pertaining to and for duties and or costs resulting from the transportation of any and all goods ordered.
Once payment has been verified by Broderies Caze-Ducamp, the order is deemed acceptable. Broderies Caze-Ducamp will then confirm this acceptance of the order by e-mail. This confirmation can and will act as a proof in the case of any contention. Broderies Caze-Ducamp reserves the right to cancel any order and to inform the client by e-mail. All such confirmations or cancellations will take place within three (3) business days of the receipt of an order. The client's account will be debited at the time of the order's acceptance.
The prices of products presented on the site are valid at that moment and accounts will reflect the prices valid at the time of ordering. Payment is in USD. For residents of the European Union, value added tax (VAT) will be added where applicable at the appropriate rate. Prices displayed on the site are net prices. Delivery costs will be added and shown in the total price. In the case of deliveries outside of the European Union, all additional costs and duties will be the responsibility of the client. (see article 5.)
The settlement of orders can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).
If a client uses either a credit or debit card, the details will be sent in encrypted (SSL) to our bank ( CIC ). Our payment service remains the sole possessor of this information. It will be held for only as long as it takes to complete the order. The order will only be confirmed once the payment has cleared. Orders taken through the fraudulent use of a credit or debit card will be annulled following the code of practice of the credit or debit card company.
Broderies Caze-Ducamp works to deliver goods within 15 days from the date of order acceptance. Broderies Caze-Ducamp delivers goods all over the world with our partners Colissimo for France and Northern Europe and Postal Service for the rest of the world. These transporters are also liable for the delivered product from Broderies Caze-Ducamp to the customer. The order will be delivered to the address on the order form only if all the conditions are met. If an article is not available, customers will be contacted as soon as possible and their account will not be debited. All reclamations should be made to the address in Article 1 either by e-mail or letter. Upon receipt of goods, the client is responsible for checking the general condition of the package. Any damage should be noted on the delivery slip. Notify Broderies Caze-Ducamp within three (3) days by e-mail of any damage or other non-conformity of goods received. Within the limits defined on the delivery slip, Broderies Caze-Ducamp will replace the goods.
Under French law covering the sale of goods by correspondence, the customer has a period of seven (7) business days from the receipt of the goods during which they may cancel the order. The supplier is obliged to reimburse the client within 30 days on receipt of the returned goods minus the cost of postage and packaging.
For macrame lace curtains, cafe curtains and tier lace curtains, made to measure items, condition "Satisfied or money back" is applied until 2 pieces allow a test order. Short size of curtain (under 16.5 inches width or 8 inches height), sheer curtains, trimmed curtains and all curtains item marked "Custom size available" are all handmade and custom for each buyer, we regrettably are unable to accept returns.
Macrame Lace curtain "Tradition", "Valentine", "Classic" et "Amaryllis" "Tournesol" "Julia" "Althéa" and "Romance" are all handmade and custom for each buyer, we regrettably are unable to accept returns.
All Made to measure curtains "Lin", "Florentin", "Alice", "voilier" "Motifs" "verone" "vichy" "Noemie" "imitation voile lin" "aspect lin " "Campagne" and "Personnalisé"... are all handmade and custom for each buyer, we regrettably are unable to accept returns.
The transfer of risk on goods to the client is made when Broderies Caze-Ducamp delivers goods to the transporter. Thus all goods travel at the risk of the customer.
In all cases the goods remain the property of Broderies Caze-Ducamp until full payment is made. Law number 80-335 of 12 May 1980.
For the functioning of an order, details will be held and treated by electronic means. The client accepts this fact. Under Article 34 of the Informatique et Liberte law of 16 January 1976, the customer may have access to information relating to themselves. CNIL declaration number: 1063298.
These conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the case of litigation concerning the sales of goods or the interpretation of these conditions of sale only the tribunal of Cambrai (France) is competent.
